GUIDELINES FOR ENGAGEMENT:

First Choice DJ Entertainment will refrain from taking breaks and consuming alcoholic beverages

THE CLIENT SHALL at all times have complete supervision, direction, and control over the services of Artist

THE SONG LIST and WEDDING QUESTIONNAIRE ARE THE PROPERTY of First Choice DJ Entertainment, UNTIL THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED.

This Contract constitutes the sole, complete, and binding agreement between Artist and Client.

ADDITIONAL PROVISION: Each hour beyond contract agreement is $130.00, half hours are $70.00.

Steps/stairs: Rate available Upon Request. (All parking fees to be paid by client)
